The Competition is organized by the Foundation Center of Karstology “Vladimir Popov”, the National Park Shumen plateau Directorate, in collaboration with the journal “Geographic Education”. It is dedicated to the International scientific conference “Protected Karst Territories: state, problems and perspectives” (18-21 October, 2005, Shumen).
