Fifteen documents (post cards) from the correspondence of Professor Anastas Ishirkov (Professor of Geography, 1868–1937) with Mr. Vassil N. Zlatarski (1866–1935) are published in this paper. The introduction points out that they were not only colleagues, they were also friends. In the post cards, impressions from Ishirkov’s journeys to Vienna, Paris, Rome, Shamoni, Kavala, Brashov and other places are brought together. The published documents reveal interesting facts showing Ishirkov’s life and personality. They include notes about people and places, facts and events.
