In accordance with the selected form of participation, the fee includes*:

* The participation fee includes also some organization expenses and value added tax of 20%.

Retirees and students/postgraduates register with the respective document proving their current status.

In case of refusal from participation, the fee is not refundable.

Payment of participation fee starts on July 8, 2019. Please follow the respective deadlines in the calendar of this Conference.

Please note: The participation fee does not include bank commission

If you need an invoice, please send the following details:
Name of the participant, Address of the organization and the relevant organization details required for the invoice (e-mail: forum2019@abv.bg).

2. On-site at the Conference (for participants without papers/poster) – in cash (EUR). Invoice will be issued.

The registration fee does not include:

  1. The cost of accommodation and meals in Sofia (lunches during the scientific sessions are included in the fee).
  2. Gala dinner on October 2, 2019 (details will be deposited on the Conference website later).
  3. The field trip after the Conference (for provisional application and registration, please see the Calendar. Additional information about field trips will be deposited on the website update).
